Alumna Daisy talks to Year 12 students about studying in the USA

Our congratulations to Daisy, Class of 2020, who has recently graduated from the University of Richmond  Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Cognitive Science.

Our sincere thanks to her for talking online with our current Year 12 students about her experience of studying in the USA and the application process.

Daisy explains more:

I truly am so grateful for the amazing experience I have had.  I am honoured to have been chosen as the recipient of the H. Gerald Quigg Award for Philanthropy based on my commitment to fundraising via our on campus phonathon center and assistance with giving day.

I am so thankful for The Sutton Trust for seeing my potential and helping me through the process of applying to the University of Richmond. I would not be here without their amazing support and guidance.

As a first generation international from the UK, this experience was anything but easy, but also the most interesting and rewarding. I am hugely grateful for my friends and family and their support along the way.

I am extremely excited for my next steps moving towards NYC and starting my career at Success Academy Charter Schools.
