Year 12 IB French students enjoy making (and eating!) madeleines

Year 12 French students enjoyed making madeleines in their final lesson of the year.  They followed a recipe in French to make delicious, bite-sized, shell shaped sponge cakes that have, according to legend, been enjoyed in France since the 17th century.

A large part of the IB French curriculum is exploring cultural content, fostering international open-mindedness and promoting intercultural understanding.
