Year 12 Geographers visit Holywell, Eastbourne to collect data for their Internal Assessment

On 4 October Year 12 Geographers travelled to Holywell, Eastbourne to collect their data for their Internal Assessment.

The weather was glorious and the students worked with a focused determination, completing pebble analysis, groyne impact assessments, beach profiles, sketches and a variety of other methods to understand the natural processes and the coastal management in place there.

Overall, a very successful trip - well done Year 12.

Mrs Neil, Subject Leader Geography

It was great experience for developing teamwork, the weather was amazing and it was interesting to see coastal processes and management in action!
