Year 12 CAS students work together to tackle food poverty

Well done to the team of 30 Year 12 students who worked together to share information to the whole school about food poverty, as part of their CAS.

They delivered a week of assemblies followed by small group discussion in forms. This led to an amazing food collection on Friday. The food was very much appreciated by Nourish Food Bank.

I really enjoyed partaking in the harvest collection. I feel I have developed my own knowledge and shared information to others on the tragic global scale of food poverty and the vital role that Nourish plays locally.

Anabel, Year 12

Please many I take this opportunity to thank everyone who donated, every single item will make a difference to a local family.
