One of my favourite moments to date has to be using Minecraft as a method of notetaking during my Computer Science class.

Why did you choose TGS for Sixth Form?
I initially chose to apply to TGS for Sixth Form because of the impressive exam results but what made me take up my offer was the people I met during the application process at the open events and taster days, plus the friendly community.  

What was it like joining TGS from another school?  
Before joining there were a few events I attended during the summer that allowed me to make close friends before I had even joined the school. This meant it wasn't as scary or intimidating as I thought it would be. Everyone was really friendly and being a new joiner in the sixth form ended up being a positive experience. 

What do you think is special about the Sixth Form at TGS? 
The community. 

Describe the TGS Sixth Form in three words: 
Inviting, supportive, fun. 

What do you enjoy most about being at TGS?
Being with my friends and how supportive and willing to help the teachers are. 

What does your super curricular programme look like and how does it support your future aspirations?
I have read a few books related to Computer Science and Maths. I am also taking part in programs that relate to the course I intend to pursue e.g. Oxford Women in Computer Science Challenge Club and the Cambridge STEM SMART program. I believe these super-curriculars support my future aspirations as they keep me motivated and interested in my favourite subjects as well as expanding my knowledge of them beyond the curriculum.

What do you hope to do after TGS?
I hope to attend a top university to study Computer Science and Philosophy.
