Why did you choose TGS for Sixth Form? 
I wanted to keep my career pathway open, so studying six subjects as part of the IB Diploma attracted me.  

What was it like joining TGS from another school?
At first I found settling challenging as TGS is quite different to my previous school, but I was well supported and feel much more settled now.  

What do you think is special about the Sixth Form at TGS? 
How high the standard is, being around hard working and intelligent individuals pushes me to become a better version of myself. 

Describe the TGS Sixth Form in three words:
Supportive, challenging, busy.

What do you enjoy most about being at TGS? 
How supportive the transition between sixth form and higher education is, I feel like I can focus on my studies as I know that staff will support me in what I choose to pursue. 

What does your super curricular programme look like and how does it support your future aspirations?
I have 2 jobs, as an RNLI Beach Lifeguard and a brand ambassador for RateMyApprenticeship as well as reading books about Marketing such as ‘Influence’ by Robert Cialdini. These have set me up well in general life skills, as well as being more specific to Marketing, which is the profession I want to go into.

What do you hope to do after TGS? 
Despite applying for university and degree apprenticeships this year, I think I’ll be taking a gap year, but afterwards I plan to apply to both again. In particular, I hope to pursue a career in Marketing with an aim to develop a business of my own in the industry.
