Extended Essay: An investigation into the disparities of adolescent asthma cases in the UK as a result of the correlation between deprived socio-economic groups and poor air quality, considering the case of Ella Adoo Kissi Deborah (2013). 

Why did you choose TGS for Sixth Form?  
When I visited the school the Sixth Form students were friendly and passionate about their subjects and so I felt that TGS would be a great environment to be a part of. Furthermore, the IB appealed to me given that I would love to work abroad in the future, and I felt that the IB would be more accommodating for that.   

What was it like joining TGS from another school?
I felt immediately looked out for by all the teachers. In my experience, both staff and those students who were already at TGS wanted to get to know all the new joiner students from day one.   

What do you think is special about the Sixth Form at TGS?  
What makes the TGS Sixth Form unique is its outstanding wellbeing team as well as its impact on academic development. TGS has undeniably equipped me with invaluable skills such as research skills, time management and general academic ability. Simultaneously, the Sixth Form has supported me through all the challenges that come with developing these skills and has believed in me in times when I did not believe in myself.

Caring, enabling, transformative.  

What do you enjoy most about being at TGS?  
I enjoy seeing my friends develop as people and as students as well as overcoming challenging work and building up resilience.
